"I purchased a Massey DL250 for my husband for his birthday/Father's Day. After taking delivery, there was a little mishap where this brand new beauty rolled into the creek taking out a few trees and finally resting in the creek-bed with the teeth of the pretty 66" skid-steer bucket buried in the hillside. Yes, I paniced and my first thought was to contact Brian, After trying to explain, Brian Crouch who said "I'll be right there" seemed to have flew - because he was there in no time flat! With Brian's assistance, we were able to retrieve our new beauty from the creek with very little damage, except for the 66" skid-steer bucket - it was mangled to say the least. But I can attest that the 66" skid-steer bucket took quite a beating and I believe is what allowed our new beautiful tractor to excape the creek without a scratch on it. After about 20 minutes, Brian received a phone call - it was from the OWNER of Anderson's asking if we were OK. I was quite impressed by that telephone call, as well as Brian's FAST appearance to assist. In my eyes - Anderson's went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty and I can't thank them enough. "
